These terms regulate the relationship between Creación Digital and users who access the design and creative skills development courses offered through the domain conestilo.com. By enrolling in any course, the user fully accepts these terms.
The courses are aimed at learning digital design techniques, creative tools, and skill development methodologies. No specific results are guaranteed, nor are immediate benefits from the training promised.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the course, without the right to a refund.
Creación Digital is committed to providing updated, high-quality content designed to facilitate the learning of creative skills. However, the service is provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability or absence of technical errors.
The platform may carry out scheduled maintenance interruptions, which will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Under no circumstances shall Creación Digital be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the courses, including the inability to apply the skills learned in professional environments.
Creación Digital's total liability to the user is limited to the amount paid for the course in the last twelve months. Claims for loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption are excluded.
All teaching materials, including texts, images, videos, exercises, and templates, are the property of Creación Digital or are used under the necessary licenses for educational purposes. The user acquires a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access these materials for the duration of the course.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public communication of the content without express written authorization is prohibited. Infringements may be pursued through the appropriate legal channels.
Creación Digital reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days before they take effect.
If the user does not agree with the new terms, they may request cancellation of the service within the notice period. Continued use of the course after the terms take effect implies acceptance of the modifications.
Access to the courses has a specific duration according to the plan contracted, specified at the time of enrollment. Creación Digital may terminate access immediately in the event of a serious breach of these terms, such as fraudulent use of the platform or violation of intellectual property rights.
In the event of termination due to a cause attributable to the user, no refund will be given. If the termination is due to causes attributable to Creación Digital, the proportional part of the course not taken will be refunded.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to Creación Digital's registered address.
